To send us your device containing the data to recover, we offer several options.

Send us your device

From France, you can drop off your hard drive, USB key, or any other storage device free of charge at one of our SOS Data Recovery collection points, available throughout the country (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, etc.).

You can also send your storage devices by postal service (La Poste, Chronopost) or via a secure courier of your choice directly to our specialized laboratory.

Make sure to use appropriate and sturdy packaging to prevent any further damage during shipping.
